Our Japanese Sencha is lightly steamed with vegetal notes from the Miyazaki prefecture in the south western Japan.
Green teas should be steeped for 1-3 minutes with a lower heat of 160-180 degrees. A bitter taste is signs that the tea has been steeped either too long or in too high water temperature.
For the perfect cup with multiple infusions..- steep 1 teaspoon of green tea in 1 cup 180 degree hot water for 1-2 minutes- pull out your tea infuser-bag set aside for your second and third cups!
